Bob Murray, MBA, PhD (Clin Psych), is an internationally-recognized expert in leadership development and communication, organizational change and psychology. Bob's most recent books Creating Optimism and Raising an Optimistic Child (McGraw-Hill) are international bestsellers and standards in the fields of optimism and resilience. In the UK, his work as a management consultant for firms such as ICI and Hill Samuel Bank earned him a Fellowship of the British Institute of Management. Bob is quoted frequently in major publications such as The Sydney Morning Herald, The New York Times and Entrepreneur. He is a member of the American Psychological Association and the American Society of Journalists and Authors. |

Alicia Fortinberry, MSc, PhD (Org Psych), is an internationally-recognized expert in transformational leadership, organizational change and wellbeing. Co-author of Creating Optimism and Raising an Optimistic Child (McGraw-Hill), Alicia is passionate about creating positive relationship environments within organizations that enhance resilience and fulfilment while increasing performance. A former health writer, Alicia's 13-part TV series on stress in the workplace for CBS is to be aired in the US in 2012. |
