So what are they thinking about you?
Many of you have heard us talk about the danger of our assumptions (70 percent of all our assumptions are wrong according to research done at Harvard University), especially about people (90% of our assumptions about people are wrong, according to other researchers at Case Western University).
Now a new study illustrates just how subjective our assumptions about others are by showing the effect of culture on judgments we make about people – and those made about us.
The research was done by a team from the University of Michigan and Published in the journal Psychological Science.
